How to correctly submit complaints?

For customers who have an account on
  1. We log into the site with all the necessary data
  2. Go to the "Complaints"> "Report complaint"
  3. Fill in all required fields mandatory
  4. Let's give the purchase invoice number in the format FS-number of the invoice
  5. We serve the cause of the complaint and specify the demand we expect
  6. Attach proof of purchase end customer and pictures showing that in. The fault, which must be clear and visible, the maximum image size can not exceed 512 kb
  7. The answer to the application are available immediately after examining it through our complaints department. This response along with additional information will appear on your account platform, and any change in the status of the complaint will be sent to the e-mail address that was provided during registration.
Please note that we can send your repaired / replaced product to the end customer, but such notification must be given in the "notes" together and at the end customer.
